Using Tahoe

These terms govern use of Tahoe, provided by ThinkRoman Ventures LLC. By using Tahoe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be at least 13, and have any parent or guardian permission required where you live.

Public exploration does not require an account. Keep access to your email and account secure. Do not impersonate another person or share account access in ways that put others’ information at risk.

Learning and AI limitations

Tahoe provides general educational information. AI can produce incorrect or incomplete explanations, misleading connections, and inaccurate citations. Check original sources, especially before acting on medical, legal, financial, safety, or travel information. Tahoe does not replace qualified professional advice. Access conditions, prices, and opening times can change.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights you have in your uploads, notes, and questions. You give us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve your Tahoe experience, including the AI processing described in our privacy policy. Only submit content you are entitled to use. Third-party works remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Do not use Tahoe to exploit or abuse children, generate prohibited sexual or violent content, promote unlawful harm, commit fraud, harass people, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, bypass security controls, or disrupt the service. You can flag problematic AI answers through the reporting control in the app.

Availability and accounts

We may change features, apply usage limits, or suspend misuse to protect the service. Tahoe is provided as available, without a guarantee that every answer is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. Any future paid service will disclose its price and additional terms before purchase.

You may stop using Tahoe at any time and request account and data deletion. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unverified AI output or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms and will post the updated date here. Material changes may require further notice or agreement. Texas law governs these terms to the extent consistent with mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact us to discuss a concern before taking further action.
